Warranty

We build solid works of art that can be handed down through generations. Although we take pride in not having to fix something due to defects in workmanship or materials we stand behind our work and will do our best to satisfy you, our customer.

Returns:

We want to make sure you are satisfied with the items you have purchased. If you are not satisfied with any of your items upon receipt, you have 30 days to send it back to us for an exchange, replacement or refund.  The item(s) must be in a new/unworn condition.  A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns.  We are not responsible for shipping back to us.

Many of you know us and we wish to do our best to protect your privacy. Our goal is to use the information that you submit here to better serve you. We have no interest in collecting and re-selling any data that we collect here. We have done our best to research and choose the best third-party companies to help us process your orders. With that said we have minimal or no control of what they do with your information. We must trust and rely on them to keep your information as secure as possible. Most of the items are shipped by either USPS, Fedex or in some cases UPS. Your information will also be shared with them and possibly other services help us process those shipments.

This information includes your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card information, and information regarding the products you purchased. Your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, items ordered, and total purchase amount are sent via e-mail to you as a receipt, any credit card information is specifically not e-mailed.
